CallForge Marketing ("Provider") agrees to provide the following services as outlined in the selected plan: professional website design and development, Netlify hosting and deployment, GoHighLevel CRM and automation setup (if applicable), lead generation and contact form systems, Stripe billing/payment integration, basic or advanced SEO setup, website maintenance and updates based on selected plan, and lead capture and workflow automation systems.
Client agrees to subscribe to the selected service plan (Starter, Growth, or Authority) and the corresponding minimum contract term (6-month or 12-month). Monthly subscription payments begin immediately upon website launch or system deployment.
All setup fees are due before any work begins. Starter Plan: $299 setup fee + $49 per additional update. Growth Plan: $599 setup fee + $79 per additional update. Authority Plan: $999 setup fee with unlimited updates included.
All recurring payments are processed securely through Stripe. Client agrees to maintain a valid payment method on file. Autopay is required for all subscriptions. Invoices not paid within 7 days may result in website suspension or service interruption. Late payments may incur a $25 late fee.
All website files, hosting configurations, automation systems, templates, and marketing assets created by CallForge Marketing remain the property of CallForge Marketing until all outstanding balances are paid in full. If the Client cancels services before the minimum contract term ends, ownership transfer is not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client agrees to either a 6-month or 12-month minimum contract term. A 30-day written cancellation notice is required. If the Client cancels before the contract term ends, the remaining balance of the agreement may become immediately due. No refunds will be issued for setup fees, completed work, or partially used billing periods.
CallForge Marketing is not responsible for loss of revenue, missed leads, search engine ranking changes, outages caused by third-party providers, or damages resulting from the Client's misuse of the website or systems.
While CallForge Marketing builds systems designed to increase calls, leads, and customer engagement, no guarantees are made regarding specific revenue, ranking, or lead generation results.
